Initial review of TV production storyboards

  • Identify and eliminate unnecessary cost drivers that may be potentially time-consuming or problematic 

Pre-bid meeting

  • Align teams on all deliverables and ensure that all production needs are provided for
  • Enable bundled content execution and optimize opportunities for additional use of the advertising content

Bid review/negotiation

  • Emphasize best value and confirm strategic direction for all stakeholders
  • Confirm all deliverables are considered and provided for globally

Estimate approval

  • Align all stakeholders to negotiated production estimate
  • Cover key production issues for shoot/edit

Rights Management – artists/talent, music, licenses, stills, technology

  • Ensure all potential uses for global/alternate media have been considered and all usage rights optioned and negotiated before casting

Pre-production meeting

  • Review director’s treatment, shoot board, list and schedule to confirm director’s alignment with strategy
  • Ensure best value is maintained as final production decisions are made
  • Consider any potential production issues and ensure pre-shoot negotiations to avoid unforeseen, costly on-set changes

Shoot

  • BBS consultants attend shoots, serving as your onsite advocate to address issues as they arise
  • Should your BBS consultant not attend a shoot, they act virtually as your constantly available sentinel, observing on your behalf

Post Production

  • Review and evaluate all costs associated with post-production and recommend approval or rejection of any overages that may arise

After production evaluation

  • Offer opportunities for improvements for future productions
